  1. The name Kuwait actually means "FORT". Kuwait is derived from an Arabic word “AKWAT” which means “FORTRESS NEAR WATER”.
  2. Kuwait Dinar is the official currency of Kuwait. Infact Kuwait Dinar is valued as the highest valued currency in the world when measured against the United States Dollars. One Kuwait Dinar equals to 1000 fils. One Kuwait dinar equals to 3.28 US Dollars approximate.
